Fellowship Intern
Catherine Arndt earned her Master of Arts in Liberal Arts with a concentration in Philosophy and Theology from St. John’s College and previously graduated magna cum laude from Franciscan University of Steubenville with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy. Her interdisciplinary graduate studies culminated in a master’s thesis examining hermeneutic phenomenology in Herman Melville’s “Moby-Dick; or, The Whale.”
Alongside her studies, she worked as an AI trainer while further developing her research, analytical, and writing abilities.
Through her engagement with philosophy, politics, and the humanities, as well as her experience working in AI, Catherine developed a deep appreciation for the importance of civic knowledge and informed participation and is excited to contribute her research and writing skills to Political Awareness’s mission of empowering individuals with the knowledge and resources necessary to make informed decisions and actively participate in the democratic process.
